FRaMe

When organizing housing and plots it's common the gardens are divided by a hedge, a fence or a wall of some sorts. It basically frames the garden. The 'FRaMe' command allows us to draw just that as a double polyline so we can hatch it. We can set a width and a layer for the frame and only have to select the houses and plots it needs to follow. Where the plots share an edge the double polyline is drawn around the edge. On every side that is not shared the command draws a polyline on the polylines of the plots. This will be the outer polyline. The inner polylines are drawn with the desired width from the outer polyline.
